Steps of Application for Hong Kong Limited Company Incorporation:

1. Please complete and submit Online Hong Kong Company Incorporation Form , or Downland Application Form (MS Word) to complete and email us ( [email protected] )
2. We will contact you within 10 minutes to 2 hours during office hours to confirm your information. We will carry out the Company Name Search and prepare the Full Set Registration Documents too.
3. Client signs and sends us the Registration Documents (or you may come to our office to sign if you like) and pays.
4. We file the Application to the Government. Completion Time: Speed Registration or Shell Company can be completed at the same day (the fastest time can be less than 1 hour); Standard Registration will be completed in 5-7 working days.
